I charge $150 for individual therapy, $190 for a couples and families, and $180 for EMDR therapy. Sessions are usually 50 minutes long, however, I can schedule longer sessions for an additional pro rata charge.
I am in network with UnitedHealthCare, OPTUM, and Cigna, although, if you have PPO insurance you can check with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. PPO insurances reimburse at a rate of 50-80%, in which you can pay up front for services and be reimbursed by your insurance.
Sliding scale fees are offered for a limited of clients and assessed on an individual basis.
